A quickie introduction from a newcomer. I have spent about 40 years traveling professionally, mostly in the adventure travel industry. I've traveled throughout the United States, South America, much of Asia, Europe - and throughout the continent of Afica. I have lived and worked in many of those places and consider myself an expert on East Africa. I am American, married to an Englishman and living on the Greek island of Crete. Currently working on rewriting the rather flawed article on Crete.
