Lombok[edit]
Great work on Lombok! Just one little thing though: Kuta (Lombok) now has lots of stuff that doesn't really have anything to do with Kuta itself, so please move eg. planes and ferries from Bali into the main Lombok article, and then just add pointers to that info.
