Hello. Welcome to Wikivoyage.

To help get you started contributing, we've created a tips for new contributors page, full of helpful links about policies and guidelines and style as well as some important information on copyleft and basic stuff like how to edit a page.

Your first couple of edits seem a bit strange. First, you deleted the parenthetical information about the former name of Taipei's international airport without explanation and put in a redundant repetition of its current name, and now you've twice tried to unilaterally change the lineup of 9 featured cities in the article about the entire continent of Asia. The current lineup of cities was decided on by consensus in a discussion you can see here. If you'd like to start a new discussion and try to explain why Taipei is so important that it should replace either Beijing or Bangkok in the current list, make your case at Talk:Asia. I don't think you'll be successful in persuading a consensus of Wikivoyage users to agree with your opinion, but that's your only chance because every time you try to unilaterally change the lineup, your changes will be reverted.

This site functions based on consensus. Possibly controversial edits like the deletion of the former name of Taipei's international airport should be explained in edit summaries, but larger changes like the one you're trying to do in the Asia article have to be subjected to discussion and wide agreement over a period of days. Again, good luck, but that's the procedure you have to go through, if you really want to have any chance to get your way. And under no circumstances should you try to edit war.

All the best,
