Mass messaging list

@Ground Zero, SelfieCity, Ikan Kekek, DaGizza: I have just changed this into a mass messaging list, for when you need to mass message. Only us five can mass message (or any other admin or 'crat here). If you need to mass message, and have never done this before, just use mw:Help:Extension:MassMessage. I hope we don't have to use it, but it could be used in some beneficial ways. (like when Ground Zero sent out messages about the Nigeria expedition.).
