Warning?[edit]
We have a warning in the article that is almost two years old. My impression is that this region is not likely to ever be entirely safe, so I'm reluctant to take it out but I am worried about whether it is current.

- It described events of July 2012 & I removed it in Dec 2015. Is an update or some other warning needed? Pashley (talk) 02:49, 27 January 2016 (UTC)
