As the article states, there is no place to sleep and thus does not meet wiaa criteria. On w:Sparta, Michigan, it states "In recent years due to the growth of the Grand Rapids metropolitan area the town has developed a more suburban flair as subdivisions of tract homes have been built in large numbers over the last decade." So Grand Rapids seems like a fitting place to merge content.AHeneen (talk) 09:08, 17 January 2013 (UTC)
- That's not what the wiaa criteria mean. "Can you sleep there?" allows us to distinguish types of destinations from each other; it is not intended to distinguish towns that have hotels from those that don't. Powers (talk) 18:58, 16 April 2014 (UTC)
- I am inclined to agree in this case. I don't think it is necessarily close enough to have a redirect and be covered in Grand Rapids. Shall we just go ahead and remove the merge tag? Texugo (talk) 19:00, 16 April 2014 (UTC)
