Koofur Orsi, officially the Koofur Orsi State of Somalia (Somali: Maamul Goboleedka Koofur Orsi ee Soomaaliya), is a region in southern Somalia, centred on Barawa in the Lower Shabelle province. Its leaders declared the territory an autonomous state in on two occasions during the 2000s decade.
Koofur Orsi is bordered by the [[Jubaland]] region to its south, the Somali Sea in the east, the Hirshabelle state north, and Ethiopia in the north.
In the local Maay Maay dialect, Koofur orsi means ''south west''.

Although Koofur Orsi constituted the center of the civil war during the 1990s and 2000s decade, as of the 2020s it is increasingly safe. koofur Orsi is notable the the richness and fertility of its land.

The nearest international airport to Koofur Orsi is Mogadishu international airport. Koofur Orsi is directly adjacent to benadir so travel to Koofur Orsi state shouldn't be difficult since major roads connect Benadir and Koofur Orsi.
