Ogijo is located within the Sagamu municipality of Ogun State. It separates the border between Ogun State and Lagos State. Ogijo has many festivals such as Elk Festival, Oro Festival, and Agemo Festival. The Elk Festival is held in August every month, and people who really care about it, such as Olmare, Ajano and Apena, go to the shrine in Ishera village. The purpose of celebrating this festival is to bring peace to Ogijo Village and the Ogijo people in general.
