You can get in by car or bus. The railway is for freight only.

See
- 1 Kurikka church. Yellow stone church, with an older belfry, seating 1000 persons. Next to it there's a cemetery with war memorials.
- 3 Moose statue (Kurikan hirvi). One of Kurikka's symbols, a statue of a moose welcoming visitors to the town.
- 4 Legenda statue. A statue of the local legend, Juha Mieto, who was one of the world's most successful cross country skiers in the 1970s and early 1980s. These days Mr. Mieto is a public person who has served as a member of the parliament, and an unofficial champion in eating mämmi each Easter.
- 5 Kurikka museum, Museotie 17. A set of 19th century houses with the interiors from the same period, showcasing local life back then.
- 6 Museum locomotive Risto. Steam locomotive standing next to the disused railway station.
