Kitaaiki (北相木村) is a village in the Nagano Prefecture region of Japan.

Kitaaiki is a small mountain village in the eastern part of Nagano Prefecture and about 90 percent of the village is covered by forest. Its population fell by two thirds between 1950 and 2019.
