A ferry runs throughout the day across Lake Geneva (Lac Léman) from Lausanne, Switzerland. Boats are operated by the Compagnie Général de Navigation sur le Lac Léman (CGN [1] for schedules, pricing, and further information.)

Private boat tours and transfers from Evian to any port on the lake by Léman Transfers [2]. Groups of up to 6 passengers can be privately chauffeured around the lake.

Get around

Evian is accessible via car, ferry from Lausanne, Switzerland, or through SNCF trains from Geneva. TGV trains from Paris run on the weekends.

Do

Play golf at the Evian Masters Golf Club, the host of the annual Evian Championship, one of the five major championships of women's professional golf, each September.

Zigopat, 5 quai Baron de Blonay (Between the CGN port and the Casino), ☏ +33 4 50 75 20 63. This lovely little bistro is at least the match of the best of Paris' little neighborhood eateries. The food is top-notch franco-italian, with an emphasis on salads during the summer months. The interior design is somehow trendy and comfy, featuring a hand-crafted lamp made of a strainer and inverted depression-glass teacups. Of the many eateries along the quai this one is the real stand-out. 

Drink

Evian is famous its eponymous Evian brand of bottled water. Two natural sources of the Evian spring are near the center of town along the Avenue des Sources. The water flows freely here and many locals refill their water bottles at this source.

Sleep

The most famous resort is Royal Parc Evian. It has 2 styles of resort are Evian Royal Palace and Evian Royal Ermitage. This hotel also has casino, spas, and sport club.
