Description
English: Surfing is part of the Polynesian way of life. The legendary wave in Teahupo'o is known worldwide, but there are also locations in small towns where the surfers from the neighborhood meet. Paea, Papeete, Tahiti, French Polynesia, is one of them, the wave is short but wide; as a result, many surfers can surf at the same time. This captured moment reflects all the pleasures of surfing.
Español: El surf es parte del estilo de vida polinesio. La legendaria ola de Teahupo'o es mundialmente conocida, pero también hay lugares en pequeños pueblos donde se reúnen los surfistas del barrio, como en Paea –situado en Papeete, Tahití, Polinesia Francesa– donde la ola es corta pero ancha, lo que permite que muchos surfistas pueden surfear al mismo tiempo. El momento capturado en esta foto refleja muchos de los placeres del surf.
Français : Le surf est parti intégrante de l'univers polynésien. La vague mythique de Teahupo'o est mondialement connue mais il y a aussi les spots des petites villes où les surfeurs du coin se retrouvent. Le spot de Paea, Papeete, Tahiti, Polynésie française, en fait partie, la vague est courte mais large; de ce fait plusieurs surfeurs peuvent s'y retrouver en même temps. Cet instant capturé reflète tous les plaisirs du surfeur.
Українська: Серфінг — частина полінезійського способу життя. Легендарна хвиля в Теахупоо відома в усьому світі, але є і в інших невеликих містечках місця, де зустрічаються місцеві серфери. Пеа, поблизу Папеете, Таїті, Французька Полінезія — одне з них, тут хвиля коротка, але широка; в результаті багато серферів можуть займатися серфінгом одночасно.
