Creato sulla base della seguente descrizione testuale: "Descrizione: drappo di colore bianco alla bordura di azzurro, rabescata d'argento e orlata di rosso, interrotta da sette rosette d'oro con borchie colorate. Nel centro la cornice di un'edicola formata da due colonnette a torciglione con capitello romanico e da un arco, pure a torciglione, a tutto sesto; il tutto d'oro su una scacchiera di rosso e oro tra le bordure e l'arco. Entro la cornice, lo stemma della città. Nel maggiore centrale dei tre pendenti, che terminano il drappo, un medaglione con la scultura del Guerriero di Legnano con la spada impugnata attraversante la banda a destra, la bordura e il quarto inferiore del centro.
