English: The portrait is one of the seven portraits of the students of Smolny Institute for Noble Maidens in St. Petersburg (the cycle Smolnyankas) painted by Dmitry Levitzky in 1772–1776.
Glafira Alymova is painted in the uniform gown for special social events prescribed for senior girls, the students of so-called “forth age”.
Русский: Портрет является одним из семи портретов цикла «Смолянки», созданного Д.Г. Левицким в 1772–1776 годах.
Глафира Алымова изображена в форменном парадном платье, установленном для воспитанниц IV (старшего) «возраста».
