Description
English: Mohawk Chapel in Brantford, Ontario, Canada. This church, built by the Crown in 1785, was the first Protestant church built in Upper Canada, and is the oldest surviving church in Ontario. It was given to the Mohawk Indians that had supported the British during the American Revolution.
Français : Chapelle Mohawk à Brantford, Ontario, Canada. Cette église, construite par la Couronne en 1785, était la première église protestante construite dans le Haut-Canada, et est la plus ancienne église ayant survécu en Ontario.
