Summary

Description
English: The Oceanus Mural is a large mural along Claremont Avenue where it passes under Highway 24 across the street from FROG Park and the Hardy Dog Park. The mural features a fanciful underwater scene. This was one of the first Caltrans murals in the state. The mural was originally painted by students from Laney and Vista Colleges in 1977 under the guidance of instructor Gary W. Graham. It was restored in 2003 by Mr. Graham and others in the community.
