Summary

Description Long after this museum was established (it's housed in an old mansion) Roman relics were discovered directly beneath the building! Pictured here is a Roman well, preserved in situ. The basement has many areas walled off with Plexiglass, behind which are Roman wells, sewers, rooms, etc. which are left right where they were found.
