Deutsch: Siegel der Stadt Bremen von 1230 bis 1365. Mit dem später für größere Formate übernommenen Motiv des Doms zwischen Karl dem Großen und Bischof Wilhad liefert es die älteste bildliche Darstellung des Bremer Doms. Unterhalb des Doms zeigt das Siegel eine zinnenbewehrte Mauer mit Stadttor
English: Seal of the city of Bremen as used from 1230 to 1365. The subject, Charlemagne and bishop Wilhad with the cathedral between them, serves the oldest depiction of Bremen Cathedral. Below, i.e. in front of the cathedral, there is a town wall with pinnacles and an open bar.
