Summary

Description Day trip to Coronado island. Coronado Island itself is small. It is a place covered by volcanic cacti, white sand beaches and a nearby rocky islet. Crossing its eight kilometers (5 miles) takes about 20 minutes by “panga” as canoes are usually called. We decided to take the fast route and ride in a Apex (zodiac). Once you reach the shore, you will be able to enjoy a spacious area in which you can practice both hiking and beach activities. The pale blue water bathing the ivory colored sand offers and exceptional opportunity for diving or snorkeling.
