Summary

Description
English: Photograph of someone surfing the wave in a stream in the English Garden in Munich, Germany as people watch. The English Garden is a large park in Munich with meadow and forested areas and several small rivers. At this point there is a man made device that creates a standing wave of water allowing a person to surf. While I watched, people were taking turns, some with more success than others. During my visit, it appeared that there was an honor system limit of about a minute after which successful surfers would drop off their board allowing the next person in line to enter the water.
