The railway lines shown on the map are defective. The journey from Leeds to London does not go via Sheffield (if you go that way it will take quite a long time). The direct London route goes south-east from Wakefield. Similarly, York to London goes more or less due south. These lines meet at Doncaster (which ought to be on the map) and go directly to London in about 2 hours. --GuillaumeTell (talk) 10:10, 15 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
