Gedabay is in Ganja Region.

The name Gədəbəy is really difficult to transliterate to English, due to local pronunciation. It literally means Sir Boy-Servant. The commune was probably named after the nickname of a former landowner of the heights around it.
Gedabay is located in a deep rural area of the Lesser Caucasian Mountains and has scenic views.

You can reach Gedabay only from the nearest hub - Ganja - by bus or by car.
Get around[edit]
The best way to explore the outskirts is to rent a horse.
