Long Beach is a city in the Southwest Washington region of Washington State. It is the largest city on the Long Beach Peninsula, claimed to be the longest continuous beach in the United States.

The 28-mile-long beach has room for everyone.

The Long Beach boardwalk wanders through the sand dunes at the edge of the beach, and the 8 mile Discovery Trail offers a pleasant walk or bike ride to Ilwaco and Cape Disappointment.

Further up the peninsula are the small towns of Ocean Park and Oysterville.

Directly to the south is Seaview, then the fishing town of Ilwaco and Cape Disappointment State Park.

The nearest substantially larger city is Astoria, across the Columbia River in Oregon.
