Misty Fiords National Monument is a United States National Monument in Southeastern Alaska.

There are coastal temperate rainforest, alpine habitats where you may find bears (black and brown), wolves, deer, salmon, eagles, whales, porpoises

Rainforest near the coast, snowfields and glaciers in the mountainous interior on the mainland.

Thete are US Forest Service shelters and forest service cabins. It is difficult to find suitable tent camping spots in steep, wet terrain of SE Alaska coastal rainforest.
