Chuadanga is a city of about 276,000 people in the southern region of Bangladesh. It is the headquarters of Chuadanga Sadar Upazila and Chuadanga District. Chuadanga city is connected by rail and road across the country.

[edit]There is no commercial air service to Chuadanga, as the closest commercial airports are in Jessore or Dhaka.
By train
[edit]You can go to Pabna by train. It's very easy to go Pabna from Dhaka. First you have to go Komlapur rail station. You can buy a ticket from there for Dhaka to Pabna.
By bus
[edit]Royal Express, Purbasha Paribahan, CD Deluxe etc offers bus service between Dhaka and Chuadanga, about a 5.5 hour journey, with ticket price around BDT 600, depending on the bus type.
Get around
[edit]Chuadanga is fairly small and navigable on foot, though it's layout is a bit random and you'll be asking lots of directions from friendly folks happily willing to help.

[edit]In this city you will find 5 shopping complexes: Big Bazar, Abdullah City, Malik Tower, Prince Plaza and New Market. Besides the shopping complex; you can buy from bazar (market) like Boro bazar, Rail bazar etc. From those markets you can buy clothes, food, utility etc.

[edit]- 1 Mujibnagar Complex (মুজিবনগর কমপ্লেক্স) (~41 km southwest of Chuadanga on R745). 6AM-7PM daily. Those interested in Bangladesh's independence from Pakistan might find this monument where Bangladesh's provisional government, in other words, declaration of independence from Pakistan, was forged in April of 1971. It is a long way from Chuadanga.
