The Pacific Crest Trail (PCT) is a well-known trail that extends along the West coast of the United States, from Mexico to Canada. It passes through California, Oregon, and Washington State.

Fees and permits[edit]

People planning on parking and walking through the forest are required to display an Adventure Pass. These can be obtained from businesses throughout the forest. $5 for a day pass and $30 for a year pass. You are not required to buy a pass if you are stopping temporarily, such as to use a restroom or to eat lunch.
