Neuwied[dead link] is a town and district in the Middle Rhine Valley of Rhineland-Palatinate.

By car[edit]

The B42 running along the right bank of the Rhine goes through the district, while the B9, left bank road can be reach by bridge. From the A3 and A61 the B256 and A48 can be used.

By train[edit]

Neuwied is served by the Rechte Rheinstrecke train line between Koblenz and Köln/Cologne and Wiesbaden and Frankfurt
