From Veliko Turnovo you can take taxi to Arbanasi, it should cost 3-5 levs. There is also an unfrequent local bus. The hike from Arbanassi to Veliko Turnovo is especially scenic.

It is easy to walk all around town.
See
Several churches. The most impressive one is the Nativity Church, entirey covered with frescos.
There are also museum houses. In the central square of Arbanasi you can find a tourist info board with map.
