Appearance
Lopé National Park is in the Central Highlands region of Gabon. The Lopé-Okanda ecosystem and landscape was declared a UNESCO World Heritage site in 2007.

[edit]Most of the park consists of rainforests. In the north, there is wide savannah that was created 15,000 years ago during the Ice Age.
