  • 1 Baqcheh Jooq Palace (7 km northwest of central Maku). Palace situated in a vast garden covering about 11 hectares. It was built at the end of Qajar dynasty under the orders of Iqbal-ol-Saltaneh Makui, one of the commanders of Mozafaredin Shah. It used to be the house of the local governor until 1974.
