  • 1 Biodivers Carricola.
  • 2 Hermitage of the Christ of Calvary (Ermita del Calvari) (at the foot of the castle). This hermitage is a small masonry covered with a roof in two slopes of Arab tiles. The interior opens a niche with the image of the Christ of Calvary, a polychrome wood sculpture from the 19th century, depicting Jesus Christ being crucified. The hermitage is home to many other fine sculptural works. 14 chapels represented by Valencian tiles form an ascent to the calvary.
  • 3 Castle of Carrícola (Castillo de Carrícola) (in the nearby village of El Palomar). Dating from the 10th to 12th centuries, this castle has its own testimony to Moorish culture. It consists of a tower and a courtyard that occupy a total of 195 m². There is a very nice route that runs through the shady Benicadell providing wonderful views of town.
