Akka is a town in Anti Atlas, Morocco.


Akka is a small desert town in the Tata province surrounded by its oases. It has been said to be one of the northernmost depots of the ancient caravan routes. With its red clay houses, Akka serves itself as a trading centre.

The local sights around Akka include an ancient Kasbah and Agadir Azro, a fortress which served itself as a food storage facility. Other attractions near Akka is a spring and shallow pools that bring life-giving water to the village.
