Angoori

Angoori is a beautiful isolated village in the foothills of Himalayas, about 18 miles north-east of Islamabad.

Get in[edit]

It is only 30 to 40 min drive by car from the capital Islamabad towards Murree. There is a single concrete road in fairly good condition. Local transport like buses are also available but it's better to travel by your own car. You have to park your car at the entrance of the village because only a small cemented road goes into Angoori, but the village is small enough to cover on foot.
