Binyang (賓陽縣) is a county in the Central Guangxi region of China.

Binyang began in the sixth year of the Western Han Dynasty (111 BC), and has a history of more than 2,000 years. Binyang is the hometown of Cheng Siyuan, former Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, and is known as the "hometown of Guangxi Hardware". The rice and lotus interplanting cultivation technology is the first of its kind in China, and has been highly praised by 10 academicians such as Yuan Longping, the "father of hybrid rice", and fully affirmed by the Ministry of Agriculture and promoted to the whole country, and Academician Yuan Longping also wrote an inscription "the hometown of rice and lotus interplanting - Guangxi Binyang".

On June 7, 2008, the Binyang Cannon Dragon Festival declared by Binyang County, Nanning City, Guangxi was approved by The State Council to be included in the second batch of national intangible cultural heritage list.

Binyang Gun Dragon Festival Every year on the 11th day of the first lunar month, Binyang Cannon Dragon Festival is a comprehensive folk festival series of activities integrating the cultural characteristics of Han and Zhuang nationalities. It is spread in Binyang County, Nanning City, Guangxi, and is one of the national intangible cultural heritages.Born in the Song and Yuan Dynasties, developed and formed in the Ming Dynasty, and matured in the late Qing and Republic of China. In the development history of thousands of years, it has formed the characteristics of the long history of historical origin, the richness of cultural connotation, the integration of foreign culture and local culture, and the enthusiasm of people's participation. • 1 Kunlun Pass (昆仑关). It is located at the junction of Binyang County and Kunlun Town, Nanning, Guangxi, 50 km away from Nanning. According to legend, Binyang Kunlun Pass was built by Fubo General Ma Yuan in the Han Dynasty, which has a history of more than 1,000 years.Kunlun Pass is the gateway and barrier of Nanning City, the terrain is dangerous, easy to defend and difficult to attack, it can be said that "one husband is the pass, ten thousand husbands do not open",the military attaches importance to the history, is a military must contend.
