Estehban (Persian: استهبان) is one of the oldest cities in Fars province, Iran. In 2016, it had a population of 36,000 people.

The area about Estahban is very fertile: it is the largest producer of dried fig, saffron, grain, cotton, walnut, almond, grapes and other fruits in the Middle East.

The majority of the people of Estahban are Persians, and they speak Persian with the Shirazi accent, not the Persian accent of Tehran.
