Feira de Santana is a city of 616,000 people (2022) in the Bahia Interior, in Northeastern Brazil.


Feira de Santana is the second largest city in the state. Feira de Santana is the main urban, political, educational, technological, economic, real estate, industrial, financial, administrative, cultural and commercial center in the interior of Bahia

The Feira bus station receives buses from all over the country, operated by the most diverse companies. Among the main destinations are Salvador, Vitória da Conquista, Itabuna, Aracaju, Recife, Brasília, Asunción, Belém, Fortaleza.

By car [edit]

Feira de Santana has a contour ring that connects different areas of the city. The city can be reached through many highways through the BR-116, BR-101 and BR-324, the latter being duplicated to Salvador.
