Fuxin (阜新; Fùxīn) is a city in Liaoning Province in China.

It is located in northwest Liaoning Province, China. The Xinjiang Railway, with a total length of 131.5 km, passes along the coast. It consists of five districts, one county, and one autonomous county, which was separated and installed in Fushin County in 1940. The distance from Shenyang is 147.5 km.
