Geta Church

Geta is in the northernmost part of the Åland mainland, bordering the Bothnian Sea. It is known for hills, gorges and caves.

  • 1 Soltuna Restaurang & Café, Getabergsvägen, +358 18 49530. Is known for its good food and fair-sized café delicacies. Next to the restaurant, there is a nature trail down to a rock cave, which served as a refuge for the villagers during the unrest of the early 18th century. From the cave, the path continues down to Djupviken’s natural harbor, one of Geta’s most photographed landscapes.
