[edit]Ikeda Onsen
[edit]Ikeda Onsen is a carbonated spring with a high amount of sodium bicarbonate (baking soda). As such, it is said to be good for the skin. Unlike some other hot springs where you cannot necessarily feel any affects, your skin will feel noticeably more slippery-smooth while sitting in this hot spring.

- Ikeda Onsen Shinkan (池田温泉新館). 10:00-22:00. A newer and larger onsen than the honkan that mainly serves day visitors but also has overnight accommodations.
