[edit]The Jesenice Upper Sava Museum is made up of six components, three of which are in Jesenice:
- 1 Bucellini–Ruard Manor (Ruardova graščina), Cesta Franceta Prešerna 45. Built in 1538 as one of the "ironworks castles"; residences of the tycoons of the iron mining and processing industry. Since 1954 the building has housed exhibitions of the region's iron and steel heritage, minerals and palaeontological discoveries.
- 2 Kos Manor (Kosova graščina), Cesta maršala Tita 64. Another "ironwork castle", from 1521. Functions as a museum showcasing the resistance against the German occupation during WWII. The upper floor is a hall for cultural events.
- 3 Workers' Barracks (Delavska kasarna). An ethnographic museum, originally a housing complex for iron industry workers.
The three other sites are the Slovenian Alpine Museum in Mojstrana, the Liznjek Farm in Kranjska Gora and the Kajžnk House in Rateče.
