Kanchrapara is the largest city of Bijpur in North 24 Parganas district of the state West Bengal.
From Sealdah station (Eastern Railways), Main Section, many EMU, MEMU, passenger trains are available. Almost all the trains stop at Kanchrapara. The trip takes around 1 hour 10 minutes. Other routes connect to it through the Sealdah north section.
