Merge to Kolkata/Northern fringes[edit]

- I have looked for that potential, but found only a handful of shops and eateries (excluding the popular chains like Pantaloons, KFC, Monginis as per WV:Boring), and these are something that can be covered in Kolkata/Northern fringes (or a separate dedicated district).
