Kashimbila Game Reserve is in Taraba State of Nigeria.

The Kashimbila Game Reserve is located in Takum local government area, southwestern flank of Taraba State, Nigeria, just close to the Cameroon border. It is a tourist attraction sight with trees and animals.

The game reserve was established in 1977.

The game reserve is generally greeny in most parts of the year. It covers an area of 1,072.26 km².

The most reserve is navigable by foot and by means of a jeep.

Stay safe[edit]
Being that the reserve is not properly managed, safety is not guaranteed to any tourist, so one should go prepared for the expected. It is advisable that one goes with at least two hunter tour guides.
