Lau Islands is an archipelago of about 100 small islands in eastern Fiji. About a third of the islands are inhabited.
The main islands are divided into three sub-groups:
- Northern Lau Islands
- Southern Lau Islands
- Moala Islands
Tubou is the capital and the most important of eight villages on the island of Lakeba, one of the Southern Lau Islands
Moana's Guest House on Vanua Balavu Island is one of the few regular places in the Lau Group that caters to independent budget travelers. All meals are included.
