Milot is situated in the Lezhë County of northwestern Albania. It is a town that previously operated as an independent municipality.

Get in
[edit]You can get in by bus from Highway Rruga e Kombit (A1) which comes from Kosova. Or from Tirana by bus is 50 km near.
Get around
[edit]The town stands on the southern bank of the Mat River. Nearby is the well-known Zogu Bridge named after the leader Zog I of Albania. The bridge was built in 1927 to cross the Mat river and improve access to the north-west of the country.
