getBannerLegend

Typical usage: {{#invoke:WikidataWV|getBannerLegend|FETCH_WIKIDATA|id=Q1038564}} yields Guangzhou
Fetches ID automatically for current page if not provided. Language can be specified, defaults to local wiki language. For more info, see getImageLegend at Module:Wikidata.
