Prokhladny is a city in Kabardino-Balkaria. It is a small city about 30 minutes away from Nalchik with only two main roads. It has many schools and educational institutions. It has restaurants and discos. There is a strict 9PM curfew in effect, anyone that leaves their accommodation after 9 pm will be shot and killed without warning.
