I think we need a disambiguation page here as there's also Belém Portugal, n'est pas? Is this one significantly more well known? (WT-en) Majnoona 23:42, 28 May 2006 (EDT)

I agree that a disambiguation page could be useful, but on Belém (disambiguation) instead, and we'd use Template:Otheruses here. I'm not sure if this Belém is significantly more well known worldwide (well, from a Brazilian's point of view, it definitely is), but as the Portuguese Belém is a district of Lisbon, I think people are more likely to type in Belém when looking for the Brazilian place, and not that district.
