Mountain lion safety

[edit]

I've removed the following suggestion as it strikes me as nonsensical. In the rare event you encounter a mountain lion, put any small children on your shoulders and lift your shirt up above your head with between both arms hanging down to make you look as large and tall as possible. If someone knows that this clumsy-sounding circus act will actually save you from a tawny, fangy death, please replace it. --(WT-en) Evan 08:18, 30 July 2007 (EDT)

Getting children out of harm's way and making yourself look as large as possible are both correct, although the lifting your shirt above your head bit is something I've not heard and sounds a bit suspect. -- (WT-en) Ryan (talk) 12:15, 30 July 2007 (EDT)
