The ela geminada shows up on my browser as "l*l". I tried replacing the "middot" character reference with a real raised dot which I found in the Catalan localization file for AbiWord, and it still showed up as an asterisk. It looks like a raised dot in the edit window. Anyone else getting that problem? -(WT-en) phma 17:07, 5 Apr 2004 (EDT)

Really? I'm using the html standard, not the keyboard sign... I use & middot ;, and the web browsers should read it. My Mozilla and the Internet Explorer I've seen do it well, although this may depend on the character configuration.
